Three ways to create an invoice
Most invoicing software makes you fill in a form. PayToMe lets you start from whatever you already have: a sentence, your voice or a photo. You review the draft, fix anything, and send.
Type it, or just say it
Write "Invoice Acme Studio for the logo work, twelve hours at one hundred, due in two weeks" and Via fills in the client, the line items, the tax and the payment terms. On your phone you can say it out loud instead. Via asks a question only when something is missing, like which client you mean.
Snap it
Photograph a job, a handwritten quote or a supplier receipt. Via reads it and gives you an editable draft, with a clear note on anything it was unsure about.
Type nothing twice
Clients, rates and terms are remembered. Recurring work becomes a recurring invoice with one tap, and every draft starts from your last one.
Review before anything is sent
Via never sends an invoice on its own. Every draft shows the total, the due date and the tax in plain numbers, and you decide when it goes out. Money math is exact to the cent, in more than twenty currencies, including ones with no decimals like yen and ones with three like the Kuwaiti dinar.
