Contact PayToMe: email the right inbox
Contact PayToMe by email: general questions, support, security reports, privacy requests and corrections each have their own address. No form, just email.
Updated · By PayToMe Editorial
You can contact PayToMe by email. We do not have a contact form, a chat widget or a phone line, because email keeps things simple and private. PayToMe is in public beta, and you can sign up at app.paytome.si if you want to try it. Pick the address that matches your reason for writing, and your message will reach the right place.
Which address to use
| Reason | |
|---|---|
| General questions, feedback, press, partnerships | hello@paytome.si |
| Help with the website, the free tools or your account | support@paytome.si |
| A security vulnerability or concern | security@paytome.si |
| Privacy questions, data access or deletion | privacy@paytome.si |
| A mistake on a page of this site | hello@paytome.si |
Messages we send you, such as the newsletter confirmation, come from a no-reply address. Please do not reply to those. Write to one of the addresses above instead.
General questions and feedback
Write to hello@paytome.si if you want to tell us what you would like PayToMe to do, ask about plans, including the Enterprise plan, or talk about a partnership. Feedback from people who invoice for a living is the most useful input we get. Tell us what kind of work you do and where invoicing slows you down.
Support
Write to support@paytome.si if something on the website, in a free tool or in your PayToMe account does not work as you expect, including sign-in or a billing question. To help us reproduce the problem, include:
- The page address (for example,
/tools/invoice-generator). - What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- Your browser and device, such as “Safari on iPhone”.
- Any numbers you entered, if the problem is a calculation. Please do not send real client names or personal details.
If you cannot sign in, tell us the email address on the account and which method you use: passkey, wallet or an emailed code. Please never send us a passkey, a wallet recovery phrase or a sign-in code. We do not need them. Card payments are handled by Stripe, so we never ask for a full card number by email either.
Security reports
If you think you found a vulnerability, write to security@paytome.si. Please give us a clear description, steps to reproduce and the affected address. Do not access data that is not yours, and do not publish details before we have had a chance to fix the problem. Our security page explains the full process, and the machine-readable contact file is at /.well-known/security.txt.
Privacy requests
To ask what we hold about you, or to have your account or newsletter email address deleted, write to privacy@paytome.si from the address you signed up with. That lets us confirm the request is yours. The privacy policy explains what we store and why.
Corrections
If you spot a wrong number, an outdated rule or a broken link on a PayToMe page, tell us at hello@paytome.si and include the page address. We take errors on tax and legal topics seriously, and our editorial policy describes how we handle corrections.
Before you write
- If you want to start invoicing, sign up at app.paytome.si instead of emailing us. If you only want the newsletter, use the form on the home page.
- If your question is about how invoicing works, a guide or glossary entry may already answer it.
- If you need to send an invoice right now, the free invoice generator works today.
- We cannot give legal, tax or accounting advice by email. For those questions, talk to a qualified professional in your area.
What to expect
We read every message. We do not promise a specific response time, because we would rather be honest than make a commitment we cannot keep. Security reports are handled with priority.
